2 Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the day they were purchased when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Other items are excluded, such as (but not limited to) cosmetic wear and tear, damage caused by neglect, damage caused by water or direct sunlight as well as for any consequential loss caused by the malfunctioning or failure of the product.

In order to make a warranty claim with us, you need to have purchased the item(s) through our website.

How do I make a claim?

• Your order and item details
• A description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in fast claim processing.
• We will then arrange a repair or replacement of the affected item.
